Friday, March 29, is not one of the 11 bank holidays in 2024, and so banks will be open on Good Friday. It is recognized as a holiday by the Federal Reserve System and all banks will be closed. Online banking and ATMs are still available but branches will be closed. They opened after you left for work and closed before you clocked out.

Americans will commemorate its fallen military personnel, and mark the unofficial start of summer, this Memorial Day, Monday, May 30. And the stock market will indeed be closed for Memorial Day, ensuring that investors can focus on the events of the day rather than watching the stock market continue its roller-coaster ways.
